(Excerpt from the book)

PART ONE: Transformation

You didn’t just happen to be born. You were the fastest and the smartest and the winner of the sperm lottery. It took a miracle to get there and you weren’t even aware of it. If an obstacle was in your way, you went over it or under it or pushed it out of your way. And look what you did! You jumped on Life with all your might and became a miracle yourself. If you were born disabled, you are just that much tougher than the rest of us.
It is so amazing the way you (your consciousness) came to be. (From the race of your life!) So complex that we can scarcely wrap our minds around it fully. But it’s the very beginning. It’s necessary to understand, and never forget, that you are alive and you are as awesome as the sun. You are the embodiment of creation. How can you fail? You were born because you succeeded, and succeeded in a very, very, big way!

What has this slow moving earth got that you can’t handle?

Solve Et Coagula

This is a Latin, pharmaceutical term, meaning: To take apart, analyze, and put back together correctly.

When I found this phrase a few years ago it really stuck with me. With this premise I learned that my thoughts were programed long ago. When I stumbled across this programing, while trying a different meditation technique, I was stunned. I was able to stop the program. I was able to write a new program.
I wasn’t wishing and hoping myself to better circumstances or success. I didn’t have an affirmation that I sent into the sky everyday. It never occurred to me that the thoughts in my head were a program running and that I could jump into the program and upgrade to a better one.
I could add to the program and adjust it. It was easy to do. Before I could hope to have a better life all the way around, I had to change something. I learned that I was the one who had to change and that it was me who created my own problems and bad circumstances. To take apart and analyze isn’t always pretty, but it is needed to create a real and lasting change for the better.
